Eugenia Kuehn, L.Ac.

Licensed Acupuncturist and Owner

Eugenia has been in health care for over 20 years, including as a nurse for the last 10 years. She has worked in many settings, including working with developmentally disabled adults and memory impaired seniors.  Caring for these particularly vulnerable groups has taught Eugenia compassion, patience, and how to truly listen.

Working in a family practice medical clinic, showed Eugenia how broken our medical system is and led her to search for something more patient-centered.  She started her journey into holistic medicine at Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2016 and in 2019 she graduated with her Masters in Chinese Medicine.  Eugenia also had the opportunity to study abroad in China where she was amazed to see how seamlessly Western and Chinese Medicine are interlaced.  With her knowledge of both medicines, she hopes to offer the same type of experience to her patients.

Eugenia enjoys treating all types of people and health conditions, but she has particular interest in treating mental health conditions, chronic pain, and neurological conditions (including stroke, neuralgia, and neuropathy).

Eugenia lived most of her life in Winthrop, MN and still has most of her family there.  She moved to Glencoe in August of 2022 and is greatly enjoying her 5 minute commute time!  She has one daughter, Grace who is 20 years old and currently lives in Minneapolis, MN.  When she is not practicing acupuncture, Eugenia enjoys camping, crafting, spending time with family, and cuddling with her dogs.

Eugenia is licensed by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice and nationally certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).  She has also received her clean needle technique certification from the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine

Courtney Kennedy

Massage Therapist

Hi, I'm Courtney, a passionate massage therapy student at Ridgewater College, set to graduate soon!  My journey into massage therapy comes from a deep desire to help people feel their best, not just by addressing symptoms, but by looking at the whole picture of wellness.

I specialize in pain management, relaxation, and deep tissue massage, tailoring each session to fit the unique needs of my clients.  Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, muscle tension, or just need a moment to unwind, my goal is to create a therapeutic and restorative experience that supports both body and mind.

I moved to Glencoe five years ago to raise my family and have worked in several industries within the community.  Through these experiences, I have discovered my passion for wellness and healing touch, which led me to pursue massage therapy. I am excited to build my practice and share the benefits of massage with those in my community!

Bekki Day

Reiki Practitioner

Hi there. My name’s Bekki.  I am a Reiki Practitioner specializing in the Usui/Holy Fire tradition. My Reiki journey began when I was experiencing burnout that made me feel much like a blob and unintentional. I was going through the motions of life; I often felt anxious, overwhelmed, and found it difficult to balance work and family. I didn't love who I was becoming and was often irritated with the ones I love.  Once I incorporated Reiki into my routine, it served as a stepping stone for me and gave me a new perspective on life. Reiki has brought me inner peace, balance, and has shown me what’s really important in my life.

What is Reiki

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique that helps reduce stress, relax the mind and body, as well as promote inner balance by improving energy flow through the body. The term comes from the Japanese words rei, meaning universal, and ki, meaning life force energy. Ki is the energy that animates all living things (similar to chi in Chinese). It gives life to every bone, tissue and cell in your body. When your ki is low or unable to flow freely, it is more difficult to manage stress. When your ki is balanced and flowing freely, it supports the body’s own natural ability to heal.

Why Reiki

Reiki calms and promotes balance. It helps with emotional healing to better manage life’s ups and downs. Reiki enhances relaxation and sleep, self-awareness and self-esteem. It is helpful for stress and anxiety-related symptoms. Reiki treatments are safe and non-invasive. After a Reiki session, you feel balanced and grounded. It improves concentration, rids the body of toxins to better fight disease and helpful for healing past traumas and events.

We live in a fast-paced, stress-filled world all the demands placed on us can impact our ability to enjoy life, stay balanced, and maintain good quality health. My passion is to help you on your path to wellness.

What to expect during a Reiki treatment:

A complete Reiki session usually lasts 60 to 90 minutes. The recipient is lying on a massage table or sitting comfortably in a chair while fully clothed.  When I incorporate essential oils I use the Raindrop Therapy Young Living Method on both feet and back of recipient.  In this case the recipient is under sheets and a blanket with only feet or back exposed as those areas are receiving Raindrop Therapy.

Reiki is offered by light touch or placing the hands above or on a series of locations; the head, torso, and limbs. The placement of the hands should never be intrusive or inappropriate, nor should there be any pressure or manipulation. It is quite normal for some clients to fall asleep and many of them report feeling lighter and more relaxed .

Sherri Harwarth

Massage Therapist

After spending 35 years in Corporate America, my life took an unexpected turn following a near-death experience that forever changed my perspective. It was in that moment I chose to pursue my lifelong passion—helping others heal through massage therapy. In 2016, I proudly opened Caring Palms Massage, where I was able to do meaningful work that truly filled my heart. In 2023, due to health challenges, I stepped away from massage and underwent a life-changing transplant. That experience deepened my appreciation for healing, resilience, and the importance of compassionate care. After a period of recovery, I felt called back to helping others once again. In 2025, I returned to the workforce at Ridgeview Medical Center, where I currently work with patients, focusing on their safety and well-being. Throughout this time, one question kept coming up—“When are you coming back to massage?” And now, I can finally say… I’m back.Massage therapy has always been more than a career for me—it’s a calling. I am trained in Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage, and I also incorporate hot stones upon request. My additional training includes cupping, manual lymphatic drainage, and reflexology, and I am passionate about continuing to grow my skills to better serve my clients. When I’m not working, I cherish time spent with my husband, family, and friends. There’s nothing better than coming home to our cozy little space and being greeted by our two sweet dogs, Diamond and Farley.I am so grateful to be back doing what I love—helping others feel better, one session at a time.
